About me
Our strengths include comprehensive management of the legal issues faced by companies, solving legal problems for private individuals, and attending to demanding legal proceedings. We also represent several foreign companies in their operation in Finland.
Successful business calls for a proactive approach and timely legal consulting. We provide legal services for the entire lifecycle of a company, from the preparation of its foundation documents to changes in ownership. We have 30 years’ experience in assisting businesses. We currently work in several companies as an in-house lawyer. In this approach, the legal services needed by the client are provided at a fixed contract price.
